DIY Olympics Confetti Wands

Olympics Confetti Wands 1

Which Olympic games do you like the best? Let me stop you there, cuz the answer is SUMMER GAMES. (Okay, if you like the Winter games the most, I’ll let it slide this once. And we’re still friends, so don’t worry.) πŸ˜‰

I’m so excited about the Olympics, that I knew I had to do an Olympics-related DIY! And I was totally inspired by the Olympic rings – red, black, green, yellow, and blue. I knew right away that I wanted to make home-made confetti.

Already sound awesome to you?

What if I told you that it also has gold, silver, and bronze colored sequins?? (Ya know…cuz of the medals….)

And what if I told you that it’s all mixed together in a confetti wand??!?

All the better!

You can use these bad boys to celebrate whenever your country’s team wins a medal, or when an Olympian from your country breaks a world record, or just whenever you’re amazed at these athlete’s abilities (because let’s face it, other than feeling a particular sense of patriotism for my country, I also love celebrating when any human from anywhere conquers some amazing physical feat. Go world, right?)
(Ps, I just love that commercial cuz it says, “Go World.” I’m not advocating Visa or anything, hahah!)
